Bowens, the UK-based international lighting manufacturer, have announced a “relaunch of an old classic”, the Bowens Gemini Classic 500C (and 250C). In the press release, Bowens’ marketing director Robert Cook says:

[O]ur recent recession surveys revealed that customers wanted an additional ‘back to basics’ option that would still offer renowned Bowens reliability and accuracy but without the full complement of extras found on the Professional Gemini ‘R’ units.”
