The New York City-based photographic store Adorama is having a big clear out of its inventory of its generic lighting gear. The equipment, under the in-house Flashpoint brand, is seeing some big reductions throughout the clearance sale.
Some of the deals include the Flashpoint Air Case, a padded case with movable dividers so you can store and transport your flash heads and other lighting equipment. It has been reduced from $149.99 to $99.95.
I know that my own studio bag (though not quite the same model as this one) gives me peace of mind that my monolights aren’t going to smash into tiny pieces when carrying them around, so it is well worth getting a padded case if you haven’t got one already! View the listing to see if there are any left.
Certain painted muslin backdrops have been reduced from $159.95 to $89.95.
If you are newly getting into lighting or just need some spare kit, then definitely have a look at the deal Adorama has just now on their 20″ white umbrellas and umbrella brackets. It certainly won’t be the best quality umbrella or bracket in the world, but at $12.99 for both you can’t go very far wrong. I have one of the same brackets and it still comes in handy.
Lastly, faux leather camera bags, big enough to hold a 15-inch laptop, a camera and some lenses, have been reduced from $89.95 to $29.95. Yes, that’s a third of the original price. Check it out.
By using these links, you are not only helping to support this site, but helping Adorama clear their inventory so they can fill their store with the next generation of cool photographic gear (I hope). Thank you.
