Modern lighting accessories can do a lot of things. But can they fly? One company wants to fix this obvious feature gap with Falcon Fly, a flash on a quadcopter. It will be able to take your lights where boom arms, light stands and long-armed photo assistants can’t reach. What could possibly go wrong?
The genius idea — just a concept at this stage — was devised by fans of Falcon Eyes, the Hong Kong lighting manufacturer. The firm is seeking feedback on its Facebook page to see whether the Falcon Fly should be made a reality.
What do you think? Is this the next big accessory for creative photographers? Where would you use one?
