A new light modifier, the Strobo Beauty Box, has been released by Lastolite.
Made for speedlights, the Beauty Box has the same basic design as a 15″ (38cm) Ezybox Hotshoe, but has a white interior, a circular mask and a different kind of internal diffuser. The mask can also be removed and replaced with a conventional diffusion panel.  The result is a collapsible flash accessory acting like a beauty dish one minute and a softbox the next.
According to the manufacturer,
The white interior combined with the suspended inner baffle and outer mask give off a hard beauty light with a unique fall off. This is in contrast to the soft light that is created when the mask is replaced by the outer diffuser, giving two distinctive lighting techniques in one versatile product.
