What we are offering Elinchrom users…

Lighttools® is making Soft Egg Crates® to fit 10 sizes of Elinchrom softboxes (at least three cell models for each size). The Soft Egg Crates must be used with a custom designed Lighttools®Stretch Frame® to fit the Elinchrom softboxes. The various Soft Egg Crate® models are sized to fit perfectly into the Stretch Frame® which then fits securely onto the Elinchrom lightbank. The Stretch Frame® and Soft Egg Crates® to fit Elinchrom will be sold separately (for the advantage of the Elinchrom user) since one Stretch Frame® can be used and interchanged with up to four Soft Egg Crate® models.

*We make the 30, 40, 50 degree and 30/50 degree Lighttools Soft Egg Crates® to fit Elinchrom strip boxes, and we make the 30, 40, 50 degree cell size models to fit the other Elinchrom softbox sizes.

We offer 30+ configurations of Lighttools® Soft Egg Crates® for Elinchrom softboxes. Our collapsible, lightweight Soft Egg Crates® are manufactured by skilled technicians in an ISO certified facility with superior-quality, flame-retardant fabric that is exclusive to Lighttools®.

Lighttools one piece Stretch Frames are easy-to-use, and they hold the Soft Egg Crate® taut to the softbox even when used in a down position.

Important note to those interested in ordering Soft Egg Crate for Elinchrom Softboxes:

To attach Lighttools® Soft Egg Crates® to the flat front of Elinchrom softboxes it is necessary to use a Lighttools® Stretch Frame® custom designed to fit the Elinchrom softbox. The Stretch Frame® and Soft Egg Crates® to fit Elinchrom are sold separately. One Stretch Frame® can be used and interchanged with up to four Soft Egg Crate® models.  Lighttools® Stretch Frames® hold Soft Egg Crates® taut to any size frame or lightbank. The Stretch Frame® eliminates sag – to give you optimum control – regardless of how much your lightbank is angled downward. A rigid one-piece frame, it is lightweight, collapsible, easy-to-use and constructed with the usual high standards of all Lighttools® products.
