Nissin has released more carbon-fibre lighting accessories for photographers and videographers.
The RH-100C is a telescopic reflector holder that weighs just 340g and fits to the top of a light stand.
The LS-20CS is a ‘multipurpose kit for limited working space’, comprising a tabletop light stand (carbon, of course), a flash handle mount, a small boom arm, a ball head and a miniature softbox.
Both products were soft-launched earlier this year, and are aimed at shooters who value portability, light weight and compact storage, rather than those who need heavy duty equipment.
At 350 grams including the mini ball head, the stand in the LS-20CS kit would be a contender for the world’s lightest light stand. But it has a maximum height of 45cm, so you might want to check out our comparison article if you’re looking for something a bit taller.
