Mac Group Europe now distributes Phottix photo products in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany.

Phottix Indra360

Mac Group Europe is now the official distributor of Phottix photo products in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany.

Phottix manufacture a comprehensive range of inter-compatible 2.4GHz flash systems, including the Odin TTL trigger, the Strato II manual trigger, the Mitros+ radio-enabled flash and the Indra500 and Indra360 battery studio lights with built-in radio receivers. They also supply stands, light modifiers and other studio accessories.

“MAC Group Europe brings its powerful Sales and Marketing, Distribution and Customer Service to bear to strengthen the Phottix brand of highly successful lighting products,” the company said in a press release. “Full distribution will commence with immediate effect in United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Germany.”

For the UK market, Mac Group replaces Intro2020 as Phottix’s official distributor. Distribution within France and Germany will be handled by Kaletys SAS and GroTura GmbH, respectively. After-sales support will be handled within Europe.

The new distribution deal also marks the first availability of the Phottix Indra360. The Indra360 is lower in output than the Indra500, but has a much smaller, lighter battery pack making it more portable on location. Both flashes support TTL, second-curtain sync and high-speed sync up to 1/8000 second via integrated Odin radio receivers.
