
A new version of the popular Westcott Ice Light is now available. This updated version of the LED light stick addresses a number of concerns that users had with the original one.
Westcott has improved the output of the Ice Light by 50% and made the battery removable. This new battery, which costs $49, can be charged inside or outside the device. Besides the performance upgrades, the user interface also have been redesigned. The new Ice Light 2 has Bluetooth capabilities to connect to your phone, where settings such as power can be controlled wirelessly. In addition, the handle has been changed, and hosts buttons to control the light output in 18 steps.
