The Chinese flash manufacturer, Yongnuo, known for their affordable range of TTL flashes, just updated their YN565EX model. No further information was listed besides the new product on their website, so it took us a while to find what’s new about the latest model,Ă‚Â called the YN565EX II. The specifications of the first and second generation model are identical as well as the plastic housing.
Only when one would compare the two manuals the difference is spotted: the flashes have different LCD screens.Ă‚Â On this YN565EX II’s new LCD screen one can see a battery level indicator, but no new functions are expected in the new flash besides this.
